Oh how I love that quote!! I have some amazing friends. Particularly my sweet, dear friend Tif over at Ramblings of a Southern Belle. She's such a generous soul. I love you so much Tif!!

Well I have 2 show offs today! First off this precious picture from Allie over at Little Mouse's House.

Next is the fun, adventurous Maddie over at Thriftary! Their little vacation looks like so much fun to me!!

As for me, it was another week with the boot. But I am getting better at walking on my foot for large chunks of time! Tomorrow is my first PT session, wish me luck! And guess what??! I have another Project Healthy Update for you guys!! Well as you know, I haven't been able to do a workout in quite some time because of my ankle. I've still been eating mostly good, clean food though and for sure drinking my Shakeology every single day! And I've lost 2 more pounds since I finished the Ultimate Reset!!! That means I am 2 pounds under my long time goal weight!! WOO HOO!! And all because of the Shakeology, I'm telling you. (Because I certainly haven't been active...psh)

 

Here's how many inches have dropped from my waist!! Yeah these pants are almost falling off, literally. I need to invest in a whole new wardrobe actually. Man, seriously, seriously. If you want more info on what my Shakeology is and what it's all about, let me know and I'll be happy to share. That stuff is THE BOMB. (yeah. I said it. At least I didn't say it was rad. But that would've fit too...)
